We went to the one in West Valley City actually. We're staying right by the airport so Draper would have been a wee bit of a hike. Speaking of, have you heard of a Mexican joint called The Red Iguana? We've passed it a couple of times and there's been a line around the corner.

GO TO RED IGUANA RIGHT NOW. Seriously. Eat all the moles!! Nothing is bad there. I miss that place so much. There’s Red Iguana 2 around the corner if the line at the North Temple one is long. Damnit, now I want enchiladas for lunch.
